POLICY:
We except all major credit cards.
When using a credit card, there is a $5.00 charge.
When using a credit card, it must be called in to the office before pick-up.
Receipt will be signed when driver pick up passenger.
All Rides Are Private
All Reservations must be reserved by credit card.
Airport Service:
Airport Service between the hours of 11:00pm and 5:30am please
add an additional $15.00. Rides are billed to the customers credit card.
Cancellations:
Cancellation will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip.
Cancellation of Sedan within two (2) hours of scheduled pick-up in Morristown,
and three (3)hours, in other towns of scheduled pick ups,
will result in a full charge, equal to the base fare price of the trip.
**International reservations must be cancel led 24 hours in advance.**
No Show:
No show fee is equal to the trip plus applicable wait time will be charged
when the passenger fails to show at the designated location. If you can
not locate your driver, call (973)895-0015, to avoid a no show fee.
Holidays:
A $25.00 holiday surcharge will be charged on all trips occurring on:
New Year's Day, Memorial Day
Easter Sunday, President Day
Fourth of July, Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas
Waiting Time:
There is a five minute waiting grace period for clients.
After five minutes, you will be charged $5.00 for every five
minutes after.
